Pharr, Texas – City Hall Relief Plaques and Nike Enhancement

I designed and sculpted four bronze plaques for the base of the Golden Nike statue in Pharr, Texas.

I also did the detail enhancement to enlarge the Nike maquette to full size, and I sculpted her dress.
