I had a great time designing and 3d printing my Halloween costume last year, inspired by the stylized anime cartoons of the late 70’s.
I scanned my head for a snug fit with an Artec Eva, and the white leather pads are formed around 3d printed soft TPU.
I partnered the helmet with a couple of holstered laser pistols.
